Fordhall Farm is an Organic Farm based near Market Drayton, Shropshire. As England’s first Community-Owned Farm, it has “1 Farmer and 8000 Landlords”.
Rearing their own cattle, Fordhall Farm have an on-site butchery, cafe and farm shop. They also do catering for large events across the UK; including ‘The Ashes’.
Fordhall Farm approached us to produce a Case Study Video that showcased their expertise, organisation and wide range of food stands that they were managing at The Ashes, Edgbaston. They also wanted to show their farm and butchery in the video, as it’s a very rare quality to have that caterers rear and butcher their own meat for events.
So we spent a full day filming the various different food trucks at The Ashes, as well as filming interviews with some of the Fordhall Farm team and Vox Pops with cricket-lovers sampling the food. We then spent a second day filming at Fordhall Farm in Shropshire.
